浅析中小企业人力资源柔性化管理


摘  要

在经济全球化的今天,随着生产力的进步,科学技术的迅猛发展和市场竞争的日益加剧,社会亟需建立一套具有时代特点的、以注重创设良好的群体气氛为主的新型人力资源管理模式。为此,以人的个性化管理为核心的柔性管理应运而生。从以制度为核心的人力资源管理模式到以对人的行为研究为核心的人力资源管理模式,是当今知识经济时代中人力资源管理模式的又一次提升。
本文在大量阅读文献资料的基础上,介绍了柔性管理的相关理论,并对柔性管理与刚性管理作了一定的分析比较;在对我国中小企业人力资源管理现状分析的条件下,结合中小企业的特点以及柔性管理理论,对我国中小企业实施柔性管理的必要性及意义进行了探讨,并借助案例展示了柔性管理在我国中小企业具体实践中的操作与运用,在此基础上,尝试性地提出了我国中小企业柔性管理的策略:⑴以人为本,创建柔性的管理意识;⑵以变应变,建立柔性的组织机构;⑶以管为法,创立柔性的管理方法;⑷以学促进,构建柔性的企业文化。
本文的研究成果是我国中小企业在人力资源管理方面的一种创新和探索,有望为我国中小企业注入新的活力,促进其持续发展。

Abstract

In the economic globalization today , society needs urgently to establish a set of the new human resource management which has the time characteristic and it mainly focuses on creating a good group atmosphere  with the progress of productive forces and the rapid development of science and technology and the increasing of market competition. For this , the flexible management that takes human personality management as the core emerges . Human resource management model from taking system as the core to taking the study about human behavior as the core is another advancement in today's  knowledge economy era .
In this paper,there are introduction of flexible management theory based on a lot of reading literature , and some analysis and comparison between flexible management and rigid management .Then , based on human resource  management situation analysis in our SMEs , there are some discussion about whether it is necessary to carry out flexible management in SMEs in China, combining with feature of SMEs and flexible management theory. At the same time, it reveals that flexible management is operated and used in SMEs with the aid of the case. So, it tries to provide some strategies for SMEs: ⑴Humanist, create flexible management consciousness ; ⑵Adaptable, establish flexible organization ; ⑶Administrative, found the flexible methods of management ;⑷To learn to promote, build flexible business culture .
This study outcome is a kind of innovation and exploration about human resource  management in SMEs in order to supply a few helpful comments and suggestions and to promote them developing continually and healthily.
