摘  要

市场竞争的本质就是人才的竞争,能够聘用并且留住人才就显得十分重要。新员工是企业注入的“新鲜血液”,企业花大量的资源组织新员工培训,但培训的产效果并不理想,当前企业新员工的培训还存在很多问题。
本文从新员工入职培训的概念、入职培训的主要内容、入职培训的步骤、当前入职培训存在的问题等方面进行深入的分析。分别站在企业和新员工不同的角度,找出入职培训的关键和目前大多数入职培训存在的问题。最后再结合有关人力资源管理的专业知识,在指导老师的指导下提出与之相对应的对策。对于刚刚毕业走上工作岗位的大学生的入职培训,本文作为重点作为研究。
