中国零售企业核心竞争力研究—以步步高股份有限公司为例


摘  要

核心竞争力是企业拥有的最主要的资源和能力,是企业竞争的优势之源。本文在吸收前人已有研究成果的基础上,对我国零售企业核心竞争力进行研究。
本文通过对我国零售企业核心竞争力的SWOT分析,从而了解零售企业发展的现状及未来发展的趋势,并进一步对其基础因素(顾客忠诚、商店的选址、与供应商的关系、信息管理系统和低成本经营)进行探讨,提出零售企业核心竞争力的创建框架(战略整合、组织整合、流程整合),并认为零售企业可以通过选择企业战略、建立学习型组织和培养市场预见与反应能力来构建零售企业核心能力的基础,然后通过整合战略、组织和流程战略来培育零售企业核心竞争力。最后通过例证分析(以步步高股份有限公司为例)系统阐述核心竞争力的培育方法。

Abstract

the core competence is the most main resources and ability the enterprise has, is source of the enterprise competitive. This results in the absorption of previous studies based on the retail enterprises in China to study the core competitiveness.
We analyze the based factors (customer loyalty, store site selection, and supplier relationships, information management systems and low-cost operation) of retail core competitiveness of enterprises , which is helpful to the competitiveness of the retail core to create the framework (strategic integration, organization integration, process integration).This article thinks that the retailer can by selecting corporate strategy, establishing of a learning organization and developing market foresight and reflects ability  to build the foundation of the core competence ,and then to Integrate strategy, organization and processes can foster Core Competence
