国内大中型超市企业文化的现状及其加强途径


摘  要

我国很多大中型超市的领导者都已经意识到企业文化对企业的重要作用,也在通过不断地努力加强企业文化的建设,尽管取得了一定的成绩,但也有很多存在的问题。
本文首先介绍了企业文化的定义、特点,及我国大中型超市企业文化的现状;接着系统分析了我国大中型超市企业文化建设中存在的问题:⑴超市管理者素质不高,缺乏正确的理解与认识;⑵超市企业文化建设与企业经营活动缺乏紧密联系;⑶超市企业文化建设缺乏个性,缺少创新精神;⑷大多数超市没有进行文化建设的战略思考和决策。在此基础上提出一些加强大中型超市企业文化建设的途径:⑴不断提高管理者素质,重视企业文化的创新;⑵加强企业文化建设与经营活动的联系,注重培育企业精神;⑶提高员工素质,培育团队精神等,最后以华润万家为案例进行实证分析。

Abstract
In our country, lots of leaders of the big and medium-sized supermarket are not only aware that corporate culture of enterprise is of great importance but also endeavor to strengthen it as well.  In spite of this, there are still a great many problems to deal with.
First of all, this article introduces the definition and characters of the enterprise culture, as well as the status quo of the big and medium-sized supermarket in our country. After that, we systematically analyze the existing problems of corporate culture of enterprise of the big and medium-sized supermarket. We analyze the causes of these problems. Besides, we have compared several supermarkets which are of more significance national and international characters:⑴supermarket management quality is not high, the lack of proper understanding and awareness;⑵supermarket enterprise culture construction and business activities closely lack;⑶supermarket enterprise culture construction, lack of innovation spirit of personality;⑷most supermarkets have culture construction of strategic thinking and decision-making. Listing these statistics, we make several suggestions: ⑴improving the quality of managers constantly,paying great attention to the innovation of corporate culture; ⑵strengthening the relationship between cultural construction and business operation,cultivating enterprise spirit; ⑶advancing the quality of the employees,cultivating teamwork among them, etc. Through these efforts, we can not perfect the status quo of the small and medium-sized supermarkets but also actualize the strategy of brand to implement the sustainable development.
