我国企业实施电子商务的成本—效益分析

 

内容摘要

    电子商务作为不久的未来最主要的商务模式,通过信息技术的有力支持,实现前所未有的频繁的商务经济往来。利用成本-效益分析方法,概括出电子商务成本包括:构建电子商务网站、技术支持成本、运营管理成本、安全风险防范成本。效益又可以分为直接、间接潜在效益三部分。基于成本效益的分析,电子商务对我国企业的影响然可以归结为两点,即改善了企业的管理效率,提高了经济效益、改变经营运作手段,节约了成本投入。后通过具有代表性的一个中国开展电子商务的典型实体企业——海尔进行成本-效益的实证分析,从海尔电子商务的成功案例归纳出高绩效电子商务需要做到三个方面:制定实施电子商务的预算计划;支出公司内部推广电子商务的成本;选择合适的电子商务盈利模式。从而达到促进我国企业对电子商务的认识,指导我国传统企业在实施电子商务时能清晰的进行成本估算,利润预测,促使其积极开展电子商务,真正起到节约成本,实现企业利润。

ABSTRACT

E-commerce as the most important business model, is the strong support of information technology to achieve unprecedented business frequent economic exchanges. However, the use of e-commerce is the need for cost, the cost of business use of e-commerce must be less than its benefits, so that enterprises can be profitable. Effective can be divided into direct and indirect potential benefits of three parts. The second part is a representative of the typical Chinese entities to carry out e-commerce enterprises - Haier to cost - effectiveness of the empirical analysis, based on the cost-benefit analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of e-commerce as well as the contribution to the cost of improvements. Combining theory with practical examples, the an analysis of expenditure and revenue analysis framework, and Haier's high-performance e-business summed up the recommendations on the implementation of e-commerce to achieve the guidance in the implementation of China's e-commerce can be a clear cost - estimates, profit forecasts, to actively carry out its e-commerce, real play to save costs and achieve corporate profits.
