摘要
拉深成形过程中出现粘结瘤的现象,由来已久,其一直困扰着生产现场,给生产者带来莫大的麻烦。然而,由于问题的复杂性及影响因素的多样性,形成机理至今尚未有统一的认识。有关摩擦粘着的深入研究,是与多种学科有关,目前也只能从不同的角度来部分阐述粘着发生的现象,在理论上完全揭示问题的本质,尚待时日。
拉深工艺应用广泛,是一种重要的板料成形方法。在拉深过程中,由于模具与板料发生粘着形成粘结瘤而擦伤拉深件表面的现象十分普遍。统计资料表明,因粘着而造成模具需要修理者所占比例最大,高达71%。对于那些注重外观质量(如不锈钢餐具)及在受力条件下使用的拉深件(如高压容器等),尤其要求高的表面质量,因此,如何避免拉深模粘结瘤的形成,提高拉深件的表面质量,已成为板料拉深中关键的问题。
在板料成形工艺中,拉深模粘结瘤涉及到摩擦学问题,从其形成过程分析,是一个非常复杂的问题。在理论上必须予以高度的重视,并进一步开展深入细致的研究工作,彻底弄清拉深粘着的形成机理及影响因素,从而采取相应的措施以消除这类缺陷,从根本上杜绝粘着现象的发生。目前最为有效的预防方法是对那些易于产生粘着的板料拉深成形采用隔离润滑层,避免模具与板料的直接接触,使得成形过程中无法产生粘着。
为了防止粘结瘤的形成,除选择合适模具材料、有效的热处理和表面处理外,选用合适既润滑剂也是一个及其重要问题。选择润滑剂首要点就是在板料拉深成形过程中润滑膜自始至终不发生破裂并且起润滑作用。“防粘降摩”是选择润滑剂的基本出发点。
近年来,经过试验研究,研制出一种以表面得到一层有机润滑涂膜,在进行成形时,涂膜可跟随板料一起变形,不仅避免了模具与板料的直接接触,防止了粘模,保护了制品表面,而且极大地减弱了模具与板料的摩擦作用,起到了良好的润滑作用。试验表明,效果很好。
深拉深时粘结密漆产生不仅取决于被拉拉深件本身的晶粒大小,同时弓拉深时的工艺条件多种因素有关,经过实验验证得出防止金属板料深拉深时产生粘结瘤的有效措施可以从模具材料、模具表面质量、润滑等多个方面考虑。
