摘  要

介绍了无硼一步法淀粉胶粘剂的制备原理和制备工艺,着重论述了高聚物对无硼一步法淀粉胶粘剂的粘度、初粘度、边压强度、粘结强度及耐水性能的影响。添加不同量的三聚氰胺、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、乳白胶、自制高聚物和脲醛胶粘剂分别对无硼一步法淀粉胶粘剂进行条件实验,确定三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇和脲醛胶粘剂三种高聚物作耐水剂。通过脲醛胶粘剂与1克PVA的配比实验,确定了混合高聚物的最佳配比和对淀粉的实际用量。实验结果显示,当脲醛胶粘剂:PVA=7:1其用量约为8%(按淀粉重量百分比)时,用该复合高聚物制备的胶粘剂粘度为35.8秒(最佳使用粘度为30~40秒),初粘力(即破纸率)>98.5%;用该胶粘剂粘制瓦楞纸板的耐水性能为82h,粘结强度为2132N/m,边压强度为3739N/m,均超过了东莞海富纸品有限责任公司生产的同质纸的粘结强度(1800 N/m)和边压强度(3500 N/m)。该胶粘剂性能稳定,粘制的瓦楞纸板不返潮,不发软,挺度大,适合工业生产瓦楞纸板用。

ABSTRACT

This paper describes the preparation mechanism and technique for the one-step preparation of the starch adhesive. Our research focuses on the impact of different kinds of polymer on the viscosity, early viscosity, water resistance, bond strength and compressive strength of boron free starch adhesive prepared with the one-step method. The condition experiments were carried out using melamine, polyvinyl alcohol, CMC, Rubai plastic, latex, styrene-acrylic adhesive, and UF to study their effects on the boron free starch adhesive. After analyzing the results, melamine, PVA and UF resin were selected as the water resistant agents. Through the experiments, the best ratio between UF resin and PVA is 7: 1, and the actual amount used is 8% (weight percent of starch). The viscosity of as-prepared starch adhesive with the optimized ratio of high polymer is 35.8 seconds. Its initially stick force (broken paper rate) 98.5%. The corrugated cardboards made with this adhesive have bond strength of 2232N/m, compressive strength of 3739N/m. The corrugated boards made by the Haifu Paper Packaging Ltd have adhesive bond strength of 1800N/m and compressive strength of 3500N/m. Thus, the corrugated boards have better quality than those produced by Haifu Paper Packaging Ltd. Their water resistant performance has achieved 82 hours. All test results indicated that the performance of the corrugated boards made with our adhesive has surpassed the national standard. This adhesive has stable performance. The corrugated board made with this adhesive dries very quickly, has good water resistant performance, and is very suitable for industrial production of adhesive.
