物流保险存在的问题及对策研究

摘    要
由于物流本身的连续性、复杂性和其与世界经济联系的紧密性等决定了物流所面临风险的多样性。物流保险行业中政策法规的缺失、产品开发的严重滞后、风险管理体系的不完善、与保险行业之间的不信任以及专业人才的匮乏都制约了物流企业的发展，这就需要采取相应的保险对策。而保险对策的实施可以通过五种途径，即物流政策法规的配套建设、产品创新、完善物流保险的风险管理体系、提高相互信任程度以及专业人才的培养。

Abstract
Because of the consistency, complexity of the logistics and the closely relations to the world economy decide the diversity of the risk of the logistics. Policies and regulations are missed in logistics insurance industry, serious lags of product development, imperfect of risk management system, the mistrust between the logistics enterprises and insurance company, and there are not enough professionals in logistics insurance industry have restricted the development of logistics enterprises, which need to take corresponding insurance countermeasures. However, the realization of the policy of the insurance has five ways: they are the construction of the regulations of the logistics, product innovation, the system of the integration of the risk management of logistics, elevation of the mutual trust and the training of the professional employees.
