这对市场中的供应者、需求者看待经济现象提供一定的认识与参考价值，对改善和规范市场供求情况有很
大帮助，促进市场逐渐走向规范化。
国内外发展状况：蛛网模型及其假设条件是二十世纪三十年代出现的一种进行动态均衡分析的模型。
该理论分别由美国经济学家H.Schultz、意大利经济学家U.Ricel和荷兰济学家J.Tinbergen提出，1934
年由英国经济学N.Kaldor命名的。蛛网模型是动态经济分析中的一个经典模型,在描述单一市场的供求波
动中应用非常成功,尤其对于研究解决诸如农产品等生产周期较长的单商品产量和市场价格波动一类的经
济活动有着积极的意义。
Abstract: This paper first set out the Cobweb Model background, and introduce the cobweb theory related knowledge. According to the market phenomena, analyse the clients decades of mustard supply problem in the town kelu of Leizhou with theoretical analysis of web, discuss the reasons for price fluctuations, and improve to the traditional web model, set up the demand function and supply function ,which can be generalized as a linear function of the Cobweb Model. and analyse its stability, the model is stable equilibrium points exist a number of conditions, and model promotion.
