新农村建设养老保险的研究

摘    要
农村养老保险是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分，社会主义新农村建设离不开农村社会养老保险工作。我国社会主义新农村建设养老保险存在着农村养老保险制度自身的缺陷、农村养老保险发展不平衡、农民投保意识不强等问题；应采用完善农村养老保险制度、建立多层次的农村养老保险体系、提高农民的参保意识等对策加以解决。

Abstract
Rural endowment insurance is an important part of building a new socialist countryside, building a new socialist countryside can not be separated from rural social endowment insurance. Chinese building of new socialist rural areas there are shortcomings of a rural endowment insurance system of pension insurance, the uneven development of rural endowment insurance, the insurance awareness of the farmers, and other issues; should be used improve the rural old-age insurance system, the establishment of a multi-level old-age insurance system in rural areas, Increase their awareness of the participants, such as measures to solve them.
