商业银行高管长期激励薪酬实施研究

本文将从我国商业银行高级管理人员的长期激励薪酬现状入手进行分析,找出高管薪酬激励存在的问题即长期薪酬占比过低、激励方式单一和监管力度不够等问题,并通过案例分析提出解决银行高管长期薪酬激励不足的措施。本文不仅提出了在我国商业银行实施一般性的股票期权长期激励薪酬,还创造性的提出了长期绩效薪酬等方式来全面提升对银行高级管理者的长期激励效果,从而更好的促进银行发展。

ABSTRACT
This article analyses the long-term incentive compensation present situation of the senior management of commercial banks to identify problems in executive compensation that is long-term incentive pay proportion is too low, single and inadequate supervision. This article propose several solutions through a specific case. Not only suggest using stock options to be a part of the long-term incentive compensation, but also creatively proposed long-term performance pay, etc, to enhance the long-term incentive effect and to better promote the bank's development .
