中国汽车行业上市公司绩效评价及其影响因素研究

摘    要
文章对我国汽车行业上式公司绩效评价理论发展情况做了广泛、深入的研究，对科学合理的汽车企业绩效评价所具有的经济和社会意义进行了阐述，指出现有企业绩效评价方法的一些不足之处，说明了DEA方法在企业绩效评价中的绝对优势，提出在DEA框架内研究一汽-大众绩效评价问题，选择合适的数学模型，使评价结果更能体现公正、绩效原则。用DEA方法来进行一汽大众绩效评价，不仅在目前我国企业评价理论不成熟的条件下具有重要意义，而且它也是评价理论和方法研究的一个重要领域。

Abstract
Through extensive and in-depth research on the development of domestic automobile listed Enterprise Performance Evaluation Theory， putting a reasonable representation on the economical and social significance of automobile enterprises performance evaluation，pointing out deficiencies of existing Enterprise Performance Evaluation Theory，highlighting DEA's absolute advantage in the Enterprise Performance Evaluation，choosing proper mathematical models，to make the evaluation results fairer and more efficiency.Using DEA to evaluate the performance of FAW-Volkswagen is not only meaningful under the situation of Chinese immature enterprise evaluation theories but also a crucial field of evaluation and research.
