论家庭教育中严与慈的张弛收放

摘  要
随着社会的发展，家庭教育越来越受到人们的关注，但在对孩子的教育上，不同的家长采取不同的方式。有的家长对孩子进行严格教育，有的家长则多孩子仁爱有加。任何事物都有它的限度，有些家长对孩子要求过于严格，对孩子的方方面面进行干预，从而导致了孩子厌学、失去学习兴趣，做事畏畏缩缩，遇到困难无法克服等一系列问题。有的则过于仁慈，包揽了孩子的一切事物，导致了孩子的自立能力差，凡事靠父母，也缺乏独立意识和基本的生活能力。本文分析了家庭教育中在严慈方面存在的问题及其原因，并提出应对策略，试图从根本上改变家长陈旧的教育观念和教育方式，从而改变家庭教育的现状，寻找最合适的家庭教育方式---仁慈结合，力求达到最理想的教育效果。

Abstract
Along with society's development, the home education more and more receives people's attention.The child has become the family the core, but in child's education, the different guardian adopts the different way.Some guardians carry on the strict instruction to the child, then some guardians the multi-child benevolence has Canada Any thing all has its limit, some guardians request to the child too strictly, some then too benevolent, gives in excessively to the child, appeases, even spoils, this is all not the good education way, all does not favor child's development. This article has too strict or the too benevolent problem on the present home education in carries on the analysis, discovers its reason, proposed should to the strategy, fundamentally change the home education the present situation, seeks the most appropriate home education way---The benevolent union, the endeavour achieves the most ideal education effect.
