摘  要
教育职业信念是学校文化中的深层指令,影响着学校的教育实践,同时,又被学校文化所影响,因此,理解、控制和重建教育职业信念成了学校优质化建设的关键所在。国内外研究成果显示,以往的研究更多的关注了教师的教学信念,而对于学校教育实践中其他对象的信念有所忽视。所以我们在探讨影响教育职业信念形成的因素时应该不仅仅限于教学信念,而要考虑到所有影响教育实践的活动。

Abstract
   Vocational education and faith schools is the deep-seated culture of command, affecting the practice of education in schools, at the same time, schools also were affected by culture, therefore, to understand, control and reconstruction of vocational education quality and conviction of a school building the key. Domestic and foreign research results show that previous studies more attention to the teacher's belief in teaching, practice and education for schools in other objects of faith have overlooked. Therefore, we investigate the impact of vocational education and faith formation of factors should not be limited to teaching and faith, and to consider all the implications of the practice of education activities.
