论构建基于核心竞争力的企业文化
摘要

企业文化是企业生存和发展的基石，是构建企业核心竞争力的重要因素。企业文化管理作为一种新的管理理念，在打造企业核心竞争力方面具有积极作用。当前，我国企业正处于管理理念的转轨期，如何吸纳这一合乎时代精神的管理理念，充分利用企业拥有的各种资源和要素，培育优秀的企业文化，打造出企业的核心竞争力，成为当今企业面临的重大管理命题。

Building Corporate Culture Based on Core Competitive Power

Abstract
 
Corporate culture is footstone for survival and development of corporation, is important factor of constructing corporate core competitive power. As a new kind of management idea, corporate cultural management has active effect on constructing corporate core competitive power. Currently, the corporation in China is at the shunt stage of management idea, so how will you inhale this idea, make best of all sorts of resource in the corporation, foster excellent corporate culture, and construct corporate core competitive power, is an important problem confronted the corporation.
