提高溅渣护炉效果工艺管理
摘  要：本文从炉渣结对炉衬和溅渣层的侵蚀机理入手，分析了溅渣操作中枪位、时间等的控制，并结合厂萍钢公司炼钢厂溅渣炉工艺的现状进行了分析，并提出了影响其原因，通过我们的生产探索、实践、加强工艺管理等一系列措施，我们的溅渣护炉工艺取得了明显的效果。

1、前  言
炉龄作为炼钢的一项重要技术经济指标，反映了炼钢工艺技术及管理水平的高低。如何实现高炉龄、低补护炉材料消耗是每个工程技术人员努力的目标。溅渣护炉工艺就是一项提高炉龄的有效措施，它是把液态炉渣留在炉内，通过氧枪喷吹高压氮气，将液态炉渣迅速降温、破碎，在气流作用下把炉渣溅到炉衬上
