浅析xx都购物广场生鲜库存控制
内容摘要      作为福建省的零售巨头之一的新华都，如何在日益激烈的竞争环境中获得胜利？保证产品的生鲜度成为一个制胜的法宝。同时，如果要想做好客户满意的生鲜，那么就一定要从库存控制着手，这样才能保证充足的库存且新鲜的库存，客户的满意度自然上升。     本文将利用事故树分析法和模糊事故树分析法来主导本文的研究，另外还采用了EXCEL计算出可能导致新华都超市生鲜库存事故发生的原因的模糊三角函数值，以此来分别推导出各因素的重要度，进而通过分析数据，得出解决事故的方案与预防事故发生的措施。最终实现新华都的市场竞争力的提高，使其能从容地面对未来的竞争。

ABSTRACT
The New Hua Du which is one of the giant retail from Fujian province. Its most problem is that how to win in the environment which is full of competition. Making sure the fresh of the food is a key of the victory. As the same time, if you want to satisfy the requirement of clients about the fresh of the food, then you should do from the inventory control. Finally the degree of the customer satisfaction will rise up as offering the fresh inventory all the time.
   This article used the accident analysis and the blurry accident analysis to lead its research. Also used EXCEL to calculating vague trigonometry that may bringing on the fresh inventory accident of the New Hua Du supermarket. Then inferring to the significant degrees of the various factors and getting the case of the solving accident and the measures to prevent accidents through the data analysis. At last, the New Hua Du will improve their competitiveness and easy to face the competition of the future.
