摘  要
本设计研究的主要目的是分析原有烟气脱硫系统存在的问题和影响加热炉脱硫效率的因素,对其脱硫工艺进行技术研究,提出符合实际工况的处理方法以及改造方案,旨在原有的烟气脱硫系统基础上进行技术改造以达到符合烟气排放标准的要求和维持整个系统的可持续正常运转。此系统目前最主要的问题是油含量多和处理不达标,现实存在的现象是整个脱硫系统内到处都有堵塞的情况发生,其堵塞的来源是吸收塔将烟气的其他杂质洗了下来混入循环系统以及再生系统给管路里带来了微量的亚硫酸钙,一开始溶液的浓度达不到沉淀析出的浓度,循环了一段时间后就产生了,工艺改造部分主要从此处下手。
本脱硫系统装置采用的是成熟的钠钙双碱脱硫工艺方法,该法原则上比石灰石/石灰湿法具有许多优点。对现有的整个系统进行核算与管路计算,使吸收塔、隔油池、沉淀池、凉水塔及附属物等装置的处理能力匹配,对吸收塔的结构进行改造,设计得到一套可行性方案。通过对抚顺矿业集团坑口油厂加热炉烟气脱硫系统的技术改造设计,熟悉了钠钙双碱法脱硫系统构成和工艺流程,掌握了钠钙双碱法脱硫工艺的主要设计原则和技术要领。

Abstract
The main purpose of the design study is to analyze the existing problems in flue gas desulphurization systems and the factors affecting heating furnace desulphurization efficiency, to technical study on the desulphurization process, and puts forward the actual condition of the treatment and reformation programs aimed at the original flue gas desulphurization system technical reformation based on the flue gas emission standards to meet the compliance requirements and to maintain the normal operation of the system sustainable. This system is currently the main problem is more oil content and dealing with non-compliance, the reality phenomenon exists everywhere in the desulphurization system congestion occurs, the congestion is the source of the absorber to wash down and mixed with flue gas other impurities circulatory system and regeneration system to the pipeline in bringing small amounts of calcium sulfite from the start concentration of the solution concentration of less than precipitation, after circulation for some time had, some of the major process reformation start with from here.
The desulphurization system installations utilize a mature double alkali of sodium calcium desulphurization method, in principle, the method than the limestone/lime wet method has many advantages. Existing accounting and piping throughout the system calculated to absorber, oil separating tank, settling tank, cooling tower, and accessory devices such as processing power matching, reformation of the structure of the absorber, designed by a feasibility program. By way of Fushun Mining Group Co., Ltd. on Kengkou oil plant heating furnace flue gas desulphurization system technical reformation design, familiar with the double alkali of sodium calcium desulphurization system structure and process, mastered the double alkali of sodium calcium desulphurization process design principles and techniques of the main essentials.
