基于N-(4-甲氧基苯亚甲基)-4-羧基苯亚胺的荧光化学传感器对Zn2+的测定
摘要:由对甲氧基苯甲醛和对氨基苯甲酸反应合成的Schiff碱N-(4-甲氧基苯亚甲基)-4-羧基苯亚胺(SB)能发射蓝色荧光。用荧光光谱法研究了SB对金属离子的响应性能。结果表明,Zn2+能与SB形成1:1型非辐射的金属-配体的电荷转移配合物。Zn2+能使SB的荧光增强,其它金属离子和阴离子几乎不干扰测量。Zn2+与SB形成的配合物的结合常数为1.70*105 L•mol-1,在6.00*10-6 mol•L-1到3.97*10-5 mol•L-1浓度范围内,F与CZn成线性关系,直线方程为:F=4.33*105CZn+1.30,相关因子为0.9934。此方法测定Zn2+的检出限为9.5*10-7 mol•L-1,回收率5次测量的平均值为75.0%,相对偏差为0.026。

Fluorescent chemical sensor based on N-(4-methoxy phenyl methyl)-4-carboxy phenylimide for detection of Zn2+
 
Abstract: The Schiff base N-(4-methoxylmethylene)-4-carboxylphenylimine(SB) was synthesized by the reaction of 4-methoxyl benzaldehyde with 4-amino benzoic acid. SB shows blue fluorescence. The responsive properties of SB on metal ions were investigated by fluorescent spectra. The results show that Zn2+ enhance SB fluorescence due to forming 1:1 nonradiative metal–to–ligand charge–transfer complexes with SB, other metal ions and anion do not interfere. The binding constant of SB with Zn2+ is 1.70*105 L•mol-1. Calibration curve of F with CZn2+ shows linear reactionship in the range from 6.00*10-6 mol•L-1 to 3.97*10-5 mol•L-1 with linear equation of F=4.33*105CZn+1.30 and R2 of 0.9934. The detection limit of Zn2+ is 9.5*10-7 mol•L-1. The recovery of Zn2+ was 75.0%, with R.S.D. of 0.026 (n=5). The results suggest that SB can act as a special fluorescent chemosensor for selective detection of Zn2+.
