高等学校学生服务HSSS系统开发项目管理
摘      要
随着电子商务的日益发展，越来越多的企业将目光投向了电子商务，但是电子商务系统的开发却仍是一大难题。事实证明，仅将工程化的开发方法引入电子商务是不足以保证电子商务系统开发的成功。开发电子商务系统需要在规定的时间内合理调配大量资源，它的时效性及唯一性都决定了项目管理是适用于电子商务系统开放的。
本文通过具体的实例即HSSS(即高等学校学生服务系统)系统开发项目介绍了项目管理在电子商务系统开发中的应用。首先引用了项目管理中的人力资源管理，成立了项目管理委员会、管理小组、评审小组及产品项目组。其次，对整个项目进行了时间及成本估算，并建立了甘特图及系统网络图对此项目进行时间管理，制定进度管理措施。最后，对该项目进行了合理的风险评估并建立相应的风险管理措施。

Abstract
Now more and more companies know the importance of the e-business,but the development of e-business system is difficult. Because it’s needed so much resource to development the system in  allowed time. The development of e-business system has the point of exclusive and controlled by time, that decides the project management could be used to development e-business system.
The paper introduced that the project management was used to develop the HSSS system. In this project there are many grope come into existence to manage and actualize the project. Author use the risk management and process-based management in the process, and use the Gunter chart and system network chart to control the schedule. While, the author also established the risk control way based the real instance.
