摘    要
消失模铸造作为一种新型铸造技术,具有巨大的技术优越性和广泛的应用前景,它是一种环境友好、适应性广、铸件质量优良的近终形液态金属成型技术。YJH265型变矩器壳体是汽车中的重要零件,材质为HT200,主要采用砂型铸造方法生产。近年来,随着消失模铸造技术的不断成熟,消失模铸造在箱体零件生产方面具有独特的优势。本论文主要介绍消失模技术在国内外的发展情况,结合变矩器壳体的结构特点着重分析消失模铸造的工艺特点、确定相关工艺参数,通过铸件工艺性进行分析对YJH265型变矩器壳体进行消失模铸造工艺方案设计,以及用PRO/E设计发泡模具、输出工程图。

Abstract
As a new casting technique,LFC has huge technical superiority and extensive application. It is an environment-friendly, wide adaptability, good quality casting near net shape of the liquid metal molding technology. YJH265 torque converter house is an important vehicle parts, materials for the HT200, mainly uses the sand casting method of production. In recent years, with LFC technology matures, LFC parts production in the Box has a unique advantage. This paper mainly introduces the development situation of the LFC technology at home and abroad, analyse the characteristics of the LFC process and determines of the relevant process parameters baseed on the structural characteristics of torque converter house, designs the LFC process program of the YJH265 torque converter house through the analysis of casting process,and at last designs foaming moulding by PRO/E and engineering draws graphics.
