摘 要
消失模铸造工艺(Lost Foam Casting Process)以其相对于传统铸造所具有的诸多优势而成为近几十年以来受到各种行业和厂家欢迎的新兴铸造技术。它有良好的工艺特点和工作环境,较高的自动化程度和生产率,生产出的铸件尺寸精确,表面光洁度高,适用于生产各种复杂形状的铸件,生产成本低,对环境友好,噪音及污染小,应用广泛。这种精确成形工艺被认为是21世纪铸造生产的未来。

在工业生产中,设计一条合理的消失模生产线对于消失模铸件的生产是至关重要的。虽然消失模铸造的工艺和机械设备比传统的铸造方法较少,但是其技术含量较其他铸造工艺要高,铸造生产线高度机械化,自动化程度高。本论文的主要目的就是要设计一条经济合理,生产高效的消失模黑区生产线,以汽车变速箱壳体零件的生产为例,着重分析工艺过程以及设计计算,选择合适的消失模铸造设备,确定相关参数,布置生产线,确定生产路线,最终设计一条闭式环形生产线。

ABSTRACT
The Lost Foam Casting Process (LFCP) has been populated in the foundry industry during the decades because of its many advantages compared to traditional casting technologies. It has good process features including: better working environment, high automatic production, more accurate shape and people can apply it to many complex casting molds with low production cost and vast application span. Also it is friendly to the environment because of low pollution process. And this accurate casting technology is thought to be the future of the casting industry.
In practical operations, it is quite essential to design and build up a proper production line for the casting products, which is called black area technology. Although the casting processes are simple and the mechanical equipments are few, the technology content is higher than the traditional. Therefore the main propose of the paper is to design an efficient and economical production line with high capacity and stability for the automobile transmission part. In this research, the production process is specially analyzed as well as the design and calculation. Then according to the casting features and requirenments, some casting equipments are chosed and the production line is designed and arranged.
