我国反垄断法适用除外制度研究
摘要:反垄断法适用除外制度是反垄断法的一项重要制度，它对反垄断法协调垄断和竞争的关系具有特殊的意义，本文从分析反垄断法适用除外制度的存在价值出发，结合我国现行立法，借鉴他国经验，就我国反垄断法适用除外制度的完善提出具体建议。

Research on system for exclusive appliance for anti-monopoly legislation

Abstract: As an important system for the anti-monopoly legislation, the system for exclusive appliance avails to harmonize the relationship between monopolization and competition. Concerning about the new anti-monopoly legislation and integrating successful legislations in foreign countries, the writer analyses from the value of this system and makes some specific suggestion to perfect it.

《反垄断法》的出台和执行，对预防和制止垄断行为，提高经济运行效率，维护消费者利益和社会公共利益，促进社会主义市场经济健康发展，有很大的现实意义。但随着市场竞争理论和实践的发展，保护公平竞争不再是要完全消除垄断，而是要将其控制在一个合理的范围内。
