浅析企业存货管理——以xx针织服饰有限公司为例
摘　要：存货是企业一项重要的流动资产，是保证生产的顺利进行的前提条件。但很多企业对存货管理不严，没有严格的内部存货管理控制制度及管理责任制，致使企业不能可持续健康发展，所以说健全、有效、合理的加强存货管理是企业健康发展的重要保证。本文以浙江新兴针织服饰有限公司为例,就以在该公司在存货管理中发现的问题,从管理意识薄弱、机构设置不完整、存货采购成本没有得到很好控制、缺乏对存货的清查盘点、存货的收支存缺乏真实记录、计价方法不恰当、存货没有明确的分类等方面展开分析并提出自己在存货管理上的一些见解。

A Brief Analysis of the Company’s Inventory Management
——Take Zhejiang Xinxing Knitting Clothing Ltd for Instance
Abstract：Inventory is one important current asset for a company. The precondition for maintaining smooth process flow. However, many companies, without a strict control of inventory and a strict control environment and the internal management control system and a responsibility system, cannot develop sustainably and healthily. As a result, a significant guaranty for a company’s healthy development is to advance management of inventory strongly，efficiently and rationally. This paper, taking Zhejiang Xinxing knitting clothing limited company as an example, based on the problem found in this company’s management of inventory, analyses and expresses some opinions from weak sense of management, incomplete Institutional settings, purchase cost is not controlled good, lack of inventory and account of stock record and Inventory valuation methods are not appropriate, classification of inventory is not specific and so on. Then I will propose my own opinion in the management of stock.
