上市公司信息披露管制的问题研究
摘　要：信息披露是指公众公司以各种形式把公司及与公司相关的信息，向投资者和社会公众公开披露的行为。由于公司内部结构和管理方式的因素及外部环境等因素，信息披露客观上需要进行管制，以确保高质量的信息披露，从而实现证券市场有序运行，资源配置优化。本文从信息披露的意义入手，对其基础理论作了简要介绍。并在此基础上通过对我国上市公司信息披露现状的研究，针对存在的问题对信息披露管制等相关内容作了较为深入的探讨。

Research on Information Disclosure Control of Listed Companies

Abstract：The information disclosure is acts that a public company disclosure its companies information and related information publicly to investors and the 公众in various ways. As the company internal structure and management factors and external environmental factors，we need information control objective to ensure high quality of information disclosure，achieve the orderly operation of the security market and resource allocation optimization. In this paper，we study the significance of the disclosure，its basic theory is briefly introduced. On the basis，we study the status of information disclosure of listed companies in China，then focus on its current problems we made a more thorough discussion on information disclosure control and so on related content
