会计专业就业形势分析
摘 要：关于会计就业难，可能很多刚刚毕业的会计大学生已经深有体会。投出去的简历如石沉大海般了无音信，可是为什么会计专业依旧在紧缺专业行列中？说明会计公司对会计的需求仍然在，只是招不到适合的会计，而毕业生仍然是就业无门，关键还是在于工作经验。因为会计是一个专业性要求很高的职业，没有工作经验，在会计行业就业很困难。由于会计是一门专业性强而且要求知识不断更新经验不断累积的职业， 培养一名会计师的时间和精力是无法用金钱来衡量的。雇主们宁愿用高薪聘请有经验的会计师，也不愿录用应届生。
会计专业不同于其他专业，是一个靠经验吃饭的行业，它学的是一门技术，所以多数大学生的选择是尽快就业，积累工作经验。

Abstract：About Difficulty of finding accounting jobs, many of you may have just graduated from college have been profound understanding. The resumes that we dropped off may remain a dead letter, no news came to nothing, but why the accounting profession is still in short supply in the professional ranks? This result show that demand for accounting firms is still in existence, the reason is difficult to find appropriate accountings, and graduate employment is still nowhere to turn as a result of lacking existence. Because accounting is a demanding professional job, if you have no work experience, it is very difficult to find a job in the accounting industry. Since accounting is a highly specialized and requires continuously updated knowledge, it need to accumulate professional experience, training an accountant's time and energy can not be measured by money. Employers would prefer to hire experienced accountants and pay more instead of hiring graduates.
Unlike other professional accountancy profession, Accounting is an industry dinner on experience, it learns a skill, so majority of graduates that their choices are finding jobs more quickly and gain job experience.
