中小会计师事务所发展策略研究—以xx会计师事务所为例
摘  要：面对日益开放的资本市场和审计市场，我国已成为全球最活跃的市场之一，我国的企业也成为全球资本市场争抢的资源，中小会计师事务所应如何克服种种困难，采取何种方式获得生存，取得发展，是一个值得研究的方向。
    本文引以浙江中达会计师事务所为案例进行分析，并延伸至普遍的中小会计师事务所为研究对象，分析中小会计师事务所的发展现状和存在的必要性，运用SWOT分析法对其进行深入研究，发现其中的问题，提出合理化建议。
关键词：中小会计师事务所；执业环境；内部管理；SWOT分析

Development Strategy of Small and
 Medium Accounting Firms
           —A Case of Zhejiang Zhongda Accounting Firm

Abstract：Facing the increasingly more open capital market and auditing market, China has been one of the most active markets in the world, Chinese enterprises are competition for global capital markets resources, small and medium accounting firms should how to overcome the difficulties to survive and develop, what is a valuable research direction.
To start with, I take Zhejiang zhongda accounting firm for example and extend to general small and medium accounting firms, analyze the small and medium accounting firms’ present situation and the necessity of existence. SWOT analysis method is used to conduct in depth of it to help me find the problems and put forward some valuable suggestions.
