私募证券投资基金的规范发展研究  
摘 要：近年来,私募证券投资基金已经成为一种新型投资工具，它在现代资本市场中扮演了重要的角色。私募证券投资基金在我国发展迅速。但是，由于没有法律制度上的明确保障与监管，私募证券投资基金在给证券市场带来新鲜血液的同时，也造成了市场不小的动荡。本文就在这种背景下，从我国私募证券投资基金存在的问题出发，分析问题产生的原因，建议国家应尽快明确私募证券投资基金的法律地位,建立健全相应的监管制度等措施，促进私募投资基金有序规范发展。

Study on Development of Privately Offered Securities Investment Funds

Abstract:In recent years, privately offered securities investment funds has become a new type of investment vehicle, it plays an important role in the modern capital market.Privately offered securities investment funds develops rapidly in China. But ,as a result of it has no clear security and supervision in legal system ,it brings fresh blood to stock market ,at the same time the stock market caused turbulence by it. In this context, starting from the existence question to analyze the reasons and advice our country to clear the legal status of privately offered securities investment funds as soon as possible, build corresponding regulatory system ,and promote norms development of privately offered investment funds.
