企业组织的学习气氛与工作业绩的相关研究
摘要  企业组织的学习气氛是组织内部学习环境特征，会影响组织成员的行为尤其是员工的工作业绩。本文重在探讨公司内部的学习气氛与工作业绩的相关关系，目的在于帮助企业了解内部学习气氛的构成要素，以便于企业构建良好的组织学习氛围，为进一步提升员工的工作业绩提供一定的理论指导。

Abstract  Company organizational study climate is the characteristic of the inner organizational study enviroment,it can influence the behavior of organizational members special in achievement.This paper take the full-time enterprise the relationship between company inner organizational study climate and job achievement,in terms of help company knowledge the factors of study climate,so that they can form harmonious organizational study cliamte to improve employees achievement and set up certain theoretical direction.
