试论企业成本控制
摘要：随着市场经济的发展，企业不断的追求利润最大化，因此降低企业的成本对于企业来说是非常重要的。只有实施成本控制，才能在竞争中抵抗内外压力，求得生存的同时，增加企业的盈利，同时成本控制更是企业发展的基础，也是实现企业财务目标的有效途径。本文对成本控制的理论基础作了简要介绍，并在此基础上结合具体事例分析了成本控制对企业利润的影响，以及经济危机下上市公司成本控制的主要方式，并对成本控制的方式提出了自己的看法。
