流动人口犯罪问题研究
摘   要

随着我国经济社会的快速发展，农民不断进入城市，不发达城市人口向发达城市流动，这种人口之间的流动，是一种重要的社会力量，推动了我国城市化、现代化和市场化的前进步伐，对促进我国社会经济的发展具有的积极意义。但流动人口对社会作出贡献的同时也衍生了不少问题，近年来，城市犯罪中流动人口犯罪的比例不断上升，刑事犯罪尤其突出，给城市的治安和社会管理带来了诸多问题。流动人口是城市中的一个特殊群体，它数量庞大，流动性强，文化素质相对低。流动人口的犯罪有着自身的特点，犯罪的原因也相对复杂，既有社会环境、文化观念等因素，也有流动人口自身因素和社会管理不到位等因素。因此，随着我国城市化进程的不断推进，人口流动性不断增大，如何强化流动人口的管理，降低流动人口犯罪率，保障城市社会安全是我们当前不容忽视值得探讨的一个社会问题。

Abstract

As China's rapid economic and social development, farmers continue to enter the city, developed mobile urban population to developed cities, such movement between the population, is an important social force to promote China's urbanization, modernization and mercerization. The pace of progress, the promotion of China's social and economic development of positive significance. However, the floating population to contribute to our society but also the derivatives a lot of problems in recent years, urban crime in the proportion of floating population rising crime, particularly in the criminal offence, to the city's public order and social management has brought many problems. The floating population in cities is a special group, the number of large, strong liquidity, and cultural quality of relatively low. Crime has a floating population of its own characteristics, the reasons for the crime is relatively complex, both the social environment, cultural values and other factors, have their own mobile population factors and social factors such as management is not in place. Therefore, as China's urbanization process continuously pushes forward, the increasing mobility of the population, how to strengthen the management of the floating population, lower crime rate in the floating population, the urban social security protection we currently can not be ignored is worth exploring a social problem.
