基于建立健全我国现代公共政策研究组织的制度条件分析
摘  要
公共政策研究组织在现代公共决策中发挥着重要的参谋咨询作用。我国现有的公共政策研究组织在公共决策中虽然作用明显，但在目前仍然存在不少缺陷。立足中国实际，借鉴国外成功经验，积极创造有利于各类公共政策研究组织发展的制度条件，既重要又迫切。

ABSTRACT

Public policy research organization in the modern public decision plays an important consulting role. Our country's existing public policy research organization in public decision though obviously, but there are still many defects in at present. Based on China's actual situation, learning from foreign successful experience, and actively create favorable all kinds of public policy research organization development system conditions, is important and urgent.
