篮球比赛中犯规战术的运用研究
摘要  篮球比赛作为典型的集体对抗性项目,在比赛过程中因身体接触而造成的犯规是在所难免的,但是个人和全队犯规次数则是可以减少和控制的。在合法范围内,减少盲目、不必要的犯规,最大限度的发挥每次犯规的使用效果,能够提高场上队员的作用,增强全队的有效战斗力,制约对手,掌握比赛的主动权,从而争取比赛的最终胜利。 本文针对以往教科书从未把犯规作为战术教学的缺陷,通过自己的教学训练实践结合第14届世界男子篮球锦标赛、亚运会男篮决赛实况转播、录像相关指标统计分析,阐明犯规战术在当今篮球运动中的重要地位与作用,以引起广大篮球教练员的充分重视,从而更好地研究、探讨篮球运动的规律,更好地运用于实际教学与训练工作中。
