关于下塘镇农村基层秘书工作状况的调查与思考
摘  要：通过亲自深入到当地所在的村民自治组的基层办公处所，对农村基层从事秘书工作或类似于秘书工作的工作人员日常工作情况、工作状态、办公条件以及他们的知识层次、收等情况进行实地调查。客观分析农村基层秘书工作的现状，对如何做好农村基层秘书工作作一些深入的思考并提出建议，从而提高我镇村民委员会中秘书工作水平，充分发挥基层干部在构建和谐的法制社会主义农村新秩序中的作用，进而为我镇贯彻落实党的建设社会主义新农村这一政策策略制定提供参考论据。
