信息、预期及投资者行为对股票价格的影响
【摘要】信息在股票价格确定过程中起着重要作用。作为资本市场典型，股票市场中的信息对价格的影响是现代金融学理论研究的核心领域。然而，从已有的文献看，对于信息如何影响投资者的预期进而影响投资者的策略选择却缺乏应有的关注，本论题所要研究的逻辑思路是，信息—预期—投资者策略选择到股票价格的决定。

Information, expectations and investor behavior to the stock price’s influence
 
【Abstract】Information plays an important role in the process of the determination of stock price. As the type in capital market, the effect to price made by the information in stock market is the core are of modern financial theory research. However, when viewing from existing literature, we can find that how the information influences the investor’s expectations and thus effects the investor’s strategic choices is lack of due attention. The logical thinking of this thesis to study is from information then expectations and then investor’s strategic choices to the determination of stock price.
