协调性在背向滑步推铅球运动中的应用研究
摘 要

随着运动训练科学化理论的进一步发展，运动协调性的应用与发展在国内外各专业运动员的运动训练中逐步得到重视。本文利用文献法，首先分析了国内外铅球运动的技术现状，背向滑步推铅球的技术特点，进而从动作环节间、运动肢体间阐述了协调性的应用，并就如何提高背向滑步推铅球运动中协调性作了探讨，以期对铅球运动的理论和实践有所助益。

Abstract

Along with the scientific theory of movement training further development，the movement coordinative application and the development gradually obtain takes in the domestic and foreign specialized athlete's movement training. This article is through the literature law, has analyzed the technical present situation which in the domestic and foreign shot moves at first, then elaborated the coordinative application between the movement link, the movement body, and how on enhances the discussion which shot-putter's coordinated ability does. All the applied research would be helpful to the movement training theory and the practice enrichment.
