摘    要

在知识经济时代,企业核心竞争力是企业获取持续竞争优势的来源和基础。中国的企业欲在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地 ,关键就在于提升企业的核心竞争力。电子商务为企业提供了一个构建企业核心竞争力的机会和环境。因此研究电子商务有助于从本质上了解电子商务对企业及企业核心竞争力的影响,对企业充分利用电子商务,开展电子商务,发展企业核心竞争力具有重要的意义。
本文围绕电子商务对核心竞争力的影响进行阐述,分析了电子商务提高商业企业核心竞争力影响方面,其中包括了运营成本、运作效率、市场营销、客户服务和企业文化五个方面,最后利用案例说明观点,从而为我国商业企业开展电子商务发展找到较好的结合点。

Abstract
In the knowledge economy era, core competition power of enterprise is the source and base for the enterprises to acquire continuous competition superiority. If Chinese enterprises want to be the winner in the drastic competition, they shall always upgrade their core competition power. Electronic commerce provides a opportunity and environment for enterprise to construct enterprise core competition power. Therefore, studying electronic commerce can help to understand its influence to enterprises and the core competition, and it is very important for enterprises to make use of and develop electronic commerce and enterprises core competition power.
This thesis focuses on the influence of electronic commerce to core competition power. It analyzes the influences about utilizing electronic commerce to promote Core Competence of corporation, including five aspects - operating cost, operating efficiency, marketing, customer servicing and enterprise culture. At the end, I explain my opinion with some actual cases, and looking for a better joint for developing the electronic commerce in enterprises of our country.
