广东省对外服务贸易发展的研究

服务贸易是随着战后世界经济结构的调整、服务业的兴起和发展而迅速发展起来的。服务贸易是当前国际贸易中发展最迅速的领域，在西方发达国家，服务贸易额的增长远远超过了货物贸易的增长，服务贸易额日益成为国家经济发展的引擎。广东省作为全国改革开放的前沿,也是根据我国加入世界贸易组织的相关承诺，在金融、电信、零售和专业服务等重要的服务领域，广东都是先行开放的地区之一。
面对服务贸易的迅速发展，如何很好地应对这种新的机遇与挑战，已成为当前我国政府和我省认真研究的课题。本文旨在通过研究广东省对外服务贸易发展现状，掌握其发展动态，分析其对我省经济社会的影响，以趋利避害，并根据我省情况提出相应的措施和建议，进一步发展我省服务贸易，充分发挥其有利作用。

Abstract
Service trade is developing rapidly with the post-World War II’ economic restructuring and the development of the service industry. Service trade is the most rapidly developing areas in the current international trade. In the western developed countries, the growth of services trade greatly exceeds the growth of trade in goods, and service trade is increasingly becoming the engine of the country's economic development. Guangdong Province as the forefront of the country's reform and open, is also in accordance with China's accession to the WTO. Aad Guangdong is one of the first open areas in the financial, telecommunications, retail and professional services and other important service areas as well.
    Facing with the rapid development of service trade s, how to deal with this very good new opportunities and challenges, has become the current government and our  province seriously  issue. This paper aims to research the development of external service trade through Guangdong Province in order to understand the dynamics of its economic and social impact in our province, to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages. Then to put forward the corresponding measures and proposals in accordance with the situation in our province to further development of our province service trade, moreover to fulluse their beneficial effect.
