摘    要

伴随着城市化进程的加快和经济全球化带来的挑战,城市作为现代经济发展的主要载体也开始逐渐参与到竞争中来。为提高城市在市场上的竞争力,争夺有利于城市发展的资源,我国很多城市都开始探寻城市品牌的发展道路。城市品牌发展战略已逐渐成为城市振兴与发展的新思维,城市品牌是城市最宝贵、最有价值的财富。
本文以市场营销学有关品牌理论为基础,通过对城市品牌概念的分析,以及对国内外有关城市品牌最新成果的回顾和梳理,研究了我国城市品牌创建的类型,并对其进行比较分析,指出了我国城市品牌发展模式存在的问题,为国内城市品牌的发展模式提供可操作性的建议,以便进一步推动我国城市品牌的理论研究,为增强我国城市综合竞争力和国际竞争力提供战略上的支持。最后,用实例加以说明,并提出相应的政策建议。

Abstract

Along with the acceleration of urbanization and the challenge of economic globalization, the city also Participate the competition as the main carrier of modern economic development. In order to intensify the city's competitiveness on the market, scrambling for the resource which good for the city, a great many cities start to search development of city brand. Strategy of city brand development has already become a new thought that can revitalize and develop the city, the city brand is the most precious and worthy wealth of city as well.
On the basic of brands theory and marketing, this paper research from the point of view of much knowledge, through the concept of city brand analysis while reviewing the newest achievements from home and abroad, in order to research constructive types of city brand and comparative analysis,we carried out a pilot study. Thereby find out the problems, which in the development modes of city brand in our country, and then offering a few maneuverability ideas for it. To the effect that it can promote the academic investigation of city brand. Meanwhile, supporting strategic ideas to increasing the overall competitiveness and international competitiveness of cities in our country. At last, we give an example based on analysis.
