事业单位改革的非营利组织模式分析
【摘要】我国实行改革开放以来，随着我国经济体制改革、政治体制改革的推进，加快事业单位改革的步伐也日益显得迫切。相对于经济体制改革和政府机构改革来讲，我国事业单位改革严重滞后。国外非营利组织成熟运作的模式无疑给我国正在进行的事业单位改革提供了一个崭新的视野。作为我国公益类事业单位改革的一种目标模式，事业单位向非营利组织转型中的现实难题以及途径是本文重点探讨的问题。非营利事业单位的出现,在我国政府与社会之间找到了沟通的桥梁和纽带。

Analysis of the non-profit model of the Reform of institutions
 

【Abstract】Since China's reform and opening-up, as China's economic and political reform , promoting and speeding up the pace of reform is also becoming urgent . Compared with the reform of economic system and government .Reform of Institutions in our country lags behind seriously .No doubt, the introduction of sophisticated mode of operation of foreign non-profit organization has provided a new perspective to the ongoing reform in China. The transition from normal Institutions to non-profit organizations is one type of reform of China's Institutions, and the way to achieve this transition and the problem in it are the hot topics we focus on. The emergence of non-profit institutions has bridged the gap between the government and the society.
