xx旅游企业商业运作模式研究

摘要：湘西旅游企业经过近二十年的发展已经具有一定知名度，形成了多种商业运作模式。湘西旅游企业的运作模式具有一定的优势，但也存在着很多问题，如管理模式落后，从业人员素质不够，经营方式单一。要解决当前存在的问题，必须树立企业科学的经营理念，提高企业从业人员素质，加强企业管理，扩大营销渠道。

Research on the business operation mode of tourism enterprises in Xiangxi

Abstract: After nearly two decades development, tourism enterprises have a certain reputation, forming varieties of business models. Though with some advantages, the operation modes of tourism enterprises in Xiangxi have many problems, such as the poor management mode, the low quality employees and the simple operation mode. To solve the existing problems, we must establish a scientific corporate philosophy, and improve the quality of employees, and strengthen enterprise management and expand marketing channels.

一、旅游企业商业运作模式概述
商业模式尚无统一的定义，不同的学者从不同的视角可得到不同的定义。Geoffrey Colvin认为商业模式是企业赚钱的方法，Rappa则将商业模式定义为一个公司如何通过价值链定位赚钱。国内对商业模式的研究进展较快，不再仅仅是理论性的分析，进行了一些非常有启发性的深度探讨，并通过了各种理论来研究商业模式。对于旅游企业来说，商业模式对于旅游企业具有重要的意义。
