基于供应链的电力工程项目物资采购风险管理研究
摘  要
随着我国经济的不断发展,人民生活水平的日益提高,我国对电力的需求也与日俱增,电力项目投资在未来一段时间里又将迎来一段高速发展时期。而对于电力工程项目来说,电力工程物资的采购供应尤为重要。
本文在相关理论的基础上,结合电力工程物资采购所面临的风险,分析采购风险的成因,并对其进行归纳分类。通过电力物资工作的信息资料,得出风险评估统计表,研究发现供应商风险、计划风险和采购订货风险是电力工程物资的主要防范风险。由此,对三大风险采取相关的风险对策,对风险进行有效管理。然后,通过建立基于供应链的采购模式,从改变供应链结构的角度,利用采购产品组合策略建立供应链的合作伙伴关系,同时对其进行相关的采购过车控制和建立有效的激励机制。最后,提出了利用其他组合思想来对供应链采购风险进行回避和控制。

Abstract
With the development of our economy and rising living standards, China's growing demand for electricity, power project investment in the next period of time will usher in a period of rapid development. As for power engineering projects, power engineering procurement and supply of materials is particularly important.
In this paper, the theory of knowledge, combined with construction materials purchasing power risks, it analyzed the causes of the procurement risk and its classification. Work through the power of information materials, risk assessment derived tables, we can draw supplier risk, planning risk and the risk of purchasing orders is the main power supplies to prevent the risk of project. Thus, the three main risks to the risks associated with countermeasures, the effective management of risks.
Then, through the establishment of the procurement model based on the supply chain, from the change in the structure of the supply chain point of view, the use of procurement supply chain, product portfolio strategy to establish partnership and there will also be related to vehicle control and procurement through the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism. Finally, using other combinations of ideas to the procure supply chain risk avoidance and control.
