基于DCT变化的量化策略研究

   众所周知，在开发多媒体应用系统时，遇到的最大障碍是对多媒体信息巨大数据量所进行的采集、存储、处理和传输。其中，数据量最大的是图像等数据。 因此，利用各种方法实现图像压缩，以节省存储容量或传输信道容量，这就是图像压缩编码的研究内容。本文研究的是当前流行的国际标准静态图像格式－JPEG图像的压缩与编码方法。主要研究基于DCT变换的量化策略研究。并对图像编码产生的背景、流程、评价标准及其相关的国际标准进行了简要的介绍。

关键词：JPEG、DCT、量化、静止图像。
Abstract
Know to all, while develop multi-media applied system, the biggest obstacle that meet carries on to the huge data quantity of multi-media information of collect, saving, processing and deliver.Among them, the amount of data is biggest is a picture etc. data. Therefore, make use of various method to carry out the picture compression, to save the saving capacity or deliver to believe a capacity, this is the research contents that the picture compresses the coding.What this text study is the compression of the international standard static state  picture format  － JPEG picture of the current fad and code the method.The main research turns the strategy research according to the quantity of the transformation of DCT.Combine to code the output background, process, the evaluation standard to the picture and it is related of international standard carried on the introduction of the synopsis.
