摘　要：本文简要论述了“网上手机销售系统”的项目背景和意义。着重阐述了该系统开发实现全过程，从系统的可行性分析、需求分析、模块设计、数据设计、详细设计到系统实现和测试等各个环节都进行了详尽的分析和描述。
网上手机销售系统，为用户提供便捷的网上购买手机产品环境，以ASP.NET加SQL SERVER 2000开发，很好地体现了Internet的时代特点：操作简单，高效宜管理，无时间、地域等限制。使顾客真正实现了足不出户、网上购物的目的。
