文章在介绍ISO9000质量管理体系及我国中小企业质量管理现状的基础上，详细分析了中小企业实施ISO9000质量管理体系中存在的具体问题及不足，深刻剖析了产生这些问题的原因，据此提出了改进中小企业质量体系的具体对策，为中小企业完善ISO9000质量体系提供了参考价值和帮助。
The establishment of a full specific quality management system based on ISO9000 is an effective way and important means to strengthen quality management which is to be formalized and standardized. At present, many ISO9000 quality management system of enterprises exist a relatively large number of problems and deficiencies. when established the system, enterprises have no spirit of the standards and requirements , combined with the actual situation of enterprises effectively neither. After the adoption of the certification, enterprises do not amend or improve the over all system processes and procedural requirements a few years many. Although many enterprises imported the ISO9000 system for many years,they did not run the system really, or achieved the desired effects.
Based on the ISO9000 quality management system and quality management in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises, the article analyzes the existed specific issues , the lack of the implementation of this system and the reason in detail in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises.Accordingly, the article put forward to the specific measures of inproving quality system in the Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises,and provides a reference value and help for perfecting the ISO9000 quality system.
