摘要：本文通过文献资料法、分析对比等方法，根据研究目的和内容，查阅大量的有关跳远方面的文献资料，了解研究状况并对其进行整理归纳，收集整理了部分国内外优秀运动员的相关数据进行对比分析。从跳远的起跳和腾空这两个重要环节入手，对有关资料进行整理与分析，在总结前人研究的基础上对跳远的起跳动作与腾空动作进行技术分析与探讨。

Abstract: This article through literature method and so on materiallaw, analysis contrast, according to studies the goal and the content,consults the massive related long jump aspect the literature material,understood the research condition and carried on the reorganizationinduction to it, the collection reorganizes the partial domestic andforeign top athletes' correlation data to carry on the contrastanalysis. Takes off from the long jump and soars these two importantlinks to obtain, carries on the reorganization and the analysis to thepertinent data, in summarizes in the foundation which the predecessorstudies to take off the movement to the long jump and soars themovement to carry on the technical analysis and the discussion.
