摘要：铅球技术复杂，动作难度较大，而铅球又是中学体育课的重点教材，而推铅球最重要的是最后用力技术，滑步和最后用力的衔接对于提高铅球成绩非常重要，本文阐述了铅球滑步与最后用力的衔接及训练方法，以完善学生的技术，提高铅球成绩。

Abstract: Shot technology complex, the difficulty of movement is bigger, but the shot also is the middle school physical education key teaching material, but puts the shot most importantly finally makes an effort the technology, slides linking up which step and finally make san effort regarding to enhance the shot result count for much, this article elaborated the shot slides step with finally makes an effort to link up and the training method, consummates student's technology ,enhances the shot result.
