体育考生三级跳远技术分析及其对策
摘要：三级跳远项目最初起源于爱尔兰，当时的跳法是2次单足跳加1次跳远的形式。现在这种形式的跳法是19世纪后期从英国发展起来的三级跳远是一中身体素质与技术高度统一的项目。正是由于它的这一特殊性，该项目自200多年前出现以来，技术一直在不断发展变化。本文通过对山东省体育考生近几年的三级跳远的现状进行技术分析。以及对山东师大体育教授和该专项同学的询问和实地的考查，发现其中的问题、针对这些问题对考生三级跳远进行技术分析，提出相应的对策、使其技术得到改善，提高成绩。
