【摘要】库存作为供应链的重要环节之一，对企业运作、信誉与盈利等各个方面起着不可小觑的作用，本论文旨在针对某企业的实际库存运转状况进行实际调查分析，以库存管理模型为基础，调整企业的进货策略，减少库存成本和降低缺货水平，为企业提供更为优化的库存管理的意见。本文将以广东太阳纸业有限公司库存管理为例，讲述允许计划内缺货的经济订购批量模型在商业企业中的应用。

Application of Inventory Model in Paper Stocks Control － Case Study of Guangdong Sun Paper Company
【Abstract】Inventory, playing an important roll among the supply chain, has a significant impact on a company’s operation, reputation and payoff capability. This article is aiming at advising our target company some fresh ideas to optimize the inventory strategy to reduce inventory cost and shortage level, based on the analyses from inventory models. Doubtless, unsatisfying inventory strategies will be an absolutely harmful factor for business competition and consumer’s purchasing cost. This article will be describing the application in business of an EOQ model with planed shortage based on a case study of Guangdong Sun Paper Company.
