产品组合问题的线性规划模型
【摘要】 线性规划模型以量化的数学模型来表达感性的管理决策，在产品组合问题中得到广泛的应用。本文以大冲某企业实际的产品组合问题为例，考虑影响产品组合的诸多因素，如生产过程中的工序，原材料的约束和市场的需求限制，并以组合产品的利润最大化为目标，运用EXCEL的线性规划模型来分析该产品组合问题，并对该模型得出的结果进行分析，从而为管理者提供决策方法。

Linear Programming Model of
the Product Mix
【Abstract】 Linear-programming model can use the quantificational mathematic model to express the perceptual decisions of management, and it is widely used in the product mix. In this article I take one enterprise in Dachong district as an example, and I consider the impact of product mix factors，just as the production process of manufacturing processes, raw materials and market the binding constraint.Before the combination of products for profit maximization goals,I analyze its product combination with the linear-programming model of EXCEL, and then analyze the result from the model to provide the decision-making methods to the managers.
